24 operators already on the list

The problem

Your restaurant already runs on six different apps

Uber Eats has its own tablet. DoorDash has another. The cash register is separate software again, the kitchen screen knows about neither of them, and your website sits with whoever built it two years ago. Nothing connects, so someone on your staff spends the night copying orders between screens.

What it looks like today

  • Two delivery tablets going at once, and someone retyping both into the cash register
  • A register, a kitchen screen and a paper pad that never talk to each other
  • Changing one price means emailing an agency and waiting a week for it to go live
  • Bookings in one app, stock and staff hours guessed at in spreadsheets
  • A different login, a different invoice and a different support line for each one

Different contracts, different invoices, and when it breaks on a Friday night everyone you call says it's the other company's fault.

The OnCours difference

  • Uber Eats, DoorDash and your own online orders all land in the same list
  • The register, the kitchen screen and the floor tablets run on one system
  • Change a price once and your menu, your website and your app all update
  • An AI watching your numbers that tells you what it notices
  • One login, one bill, one team to call

One partner instead of five, on a system that feels considered rather than cobbled together, answered by people who already know how your business runs.

The product

Your whole operation, on one screen

One refined interface instead of four browser tabs at 8pm on a Saturday, and quiet enough that a new server picks it up in an afternoon.

Included, not an add-on

An AI that has actually read your numbers

Not a chatbot bolted to a help page. It watches your covers, your margins, your rota and your reviews, then tells you what it would do about them. Every suggestion comes from your restaurant, not an industry average.

  • PrepThursday, 16:04

Saturday is tracking to 240 covers, up 22% on last week. Prep 18 more portions of duck confit and put a third server on from 18:00. Want me to update the rota?

  • MarginMonday, 09:12

Ribeye margin fell 6 points this month. Your supplier raised the cut 11% on the 3rd. Holding the plate at 68% means $52, or switch to striploin and keep the price.

  • MarketingSunday, 11:30

Tuesdays are running 40% under your average. I have drafted a post for your 2,400 local followers and a $60 ad set aimed 3km around the restaurant. Approve to publish.

  • Weekly summary in plain English
  • Menu and specials copy
  • Ad campaigns built and budgeted
  • Social posts scheduled for you
  • Supplier price watch
  • Staffing forecasts
  • Dishes to push, dishes to cut

What you get

Nine systems, one bill

Your floor, your kitchen, your back office, and everything a guest touches.

How we work

Most vendors stop at the sale. We start there.

Buying restaurant software is usually the last time anyone from the company calls you. We treat go-live as the beginning of the account, not the end of the deal.

  1. Before you commit

    We learn how you operate

We review your current systems, your order volumes and where the time is going, then show you what would actually change. No demo script.

  2. Onboarding

    We handle the switch

Data migration, hardware, menu build and staff training, all done by us and scheduled around service so you never close for it.

  3. Day to day

    One named contact

A person who knows your setup and answers directly, on the phone, during service. Not a ticket number and a reply in four working days.

  4. As you grow

    We keep working on it

New locations, new menus, seasonal changes and quarterly reviews of what your numbers are telling us. The work continues after go-live.

Founding operator programme

100 restaurants. Lifetime pricing.

We're building OnCours with our first hundred restaurants, not just for them. Take a seat and your rate never moves again.

  • Your rate locked for the life of the account
  • Free migration from whatever you run today
  • A direct line to the founders, not a ticket queue
  • Your requests go to the top of the roadmap

What a founding seat takes

$399.99 per month
$499.99Save $1,200 a year

The one condition: the year is paid in a single invoice of $4,799.88 rather than month to month. That is what buys the lower rate, and that rate stays yours for the life of the account however much the product grows.

Limited to the first 100 restaurants. Nothing is charged today. We confirm your seat and walk you through it first.

Founding seats are invoiced 12 months up front. We confirm before anything is charged.
